Hi there, we're very sorry if you weren't supplied with an LP conversion kit. We know how frustrating this must be and we're glad to help. The kit should've been located on the bottom left of the rear. If it's not there, we suggest reaching out to the Best Buy you purchased this from for more assistance. We hope that helps! - Guy@GEA
