QuestionI have charged it over night and runs for about 40 seconds and says battery is dead. This is the second one that has done it.

QuestionIs this Hoverboard Bluetooth capable? You guys say that it do Bluetooth but where do you hook the Bluetooth of the hoverboard, all I see is the on button and all I see is the charging button.

- Answer When you turn it on, it automatically tries to pair. Make sure you have the app installed and your phone's bluetooth turned on and try clicking on the small bluetooth logo in the top left corner of the app if nothing happens automatically.

- Answer Hello, please make sure there is no pressure on the footpads. As a safety feature, if there is pressure detected on the footpads, the unit cannot be turned off.

- Answer I did email and the response was return to the local best buy store but I have only 15 days from the date I buy I warn everybody, you have only 15 days return/90 days warranty and after that if it break down, you will loose all your $$$ Member status Standard: 15 days My Best Buy® Elite members:30 days My Best Buy® Elite Plus members: 45 days
