A:AnswerIt could be bad luck where you got 2 defective ones. First one i bought worked as intended.
Also try plugging something else (like a light or vacuum or anything else that is obvious when powered on) into the outlet you charged it with to make sure the outlet isnt the problem.
A:AnswerWhen you turn it on, it automatically tries to pair. Make sure you have the app installed and your phone's bluetooth turned on and try clicking on the small bluetooth logo in the top left corner of the app if nothing happens automatically.

A:AnswerI did email and the response was return to the local best buy store but I have only 15 days from the date I buy
I warn everybody, you have only 15 days return/90 days warranty and after that if it break down, you will loose all your $$$
