Q: QuestionHas anyone else had a problem with the volume/speakers? I ordered one which came in the mail and at full volume, it is barely audible above the AC or room fan. They ordered me another but I fear it might be the same. HELP!

• A:Answer I bought this same Chromebook for my parents this past Christmas and they told me the same thing! They have the volume on the highest possible and it's not very high at all. They have to use plug in earphones. Please let me know if you discover a resolution. Thank you.

• A:Answer Could you clarify your question? The eMMC memory is faster than a standard HDD but often has smaller storage sizes. 4GB will be much more preferred over 2GB.

• A:Answer Good question. Yes, you can use the USB-C ports for 4k out, but you will need to purchase an adapter that is USB-C to HDMI or USB-C to DisplayPort for the 4k monitor. I hope this helps.

• A:Answer Have not seen this in stores. I love mine however the MicroSD Card pops out. If you are able to use it only in "On-Line" mode or smaller projects in "Off-Line" mode you will not be disappointed. Mac Book 12" quality for almost 1/3 the cost. If you need the memory card you will end up returning it.
