- Answer This is a Chromebook, that means this unit operates on Chrome OS which is very different than Windows and Mac OS, the only software you can download on this unit is applications from the Chrome Web Store, although.... the Google Play Store is coming to this Chromebook fairly soon, with that you will be able to install free apps like Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point which are free on the Google Play Store.

- Answer I bought this same Chromebook for my parents this past Christmas and they told me the same thing! They have the volume on the highest possible and it's not very high at all. They have to use plug in earphones. Please let me know if you discover a resolution. Thank you.

- Answer No, no Chromebook is compatible with Microsoft Office. You can use Chrome Drive which allows you to upload and transfers files to people using Office.

- Answer Could you clarify your question? The eMMC memory is faster than a standard HDD but often has smaller storage sizes. 4GB will be much more preferred over 2GB.

- Answer Good question. Yes, you can use the USB-C ports for 4k out, but you will need to purchase an adapter that is USB-C to HDMI or USB-C to DisplayPort for the 4k monitor. I hope this helps.

- Answer Have not seen this in stores. I love mine however the MicroSD Card pops out. If you are able to use it only in "On-Line" mode or smaller projects in "Off-Line" mode you will not be disappointed. Mac Book 12" quality for almost 1/3 the cost. If you need the memory card you will end up returning it.

- Answer Chromebooks run ChromeOS and only support apps in the Google Play Store which is installed on the Chromebook. I hope this helps.
