“Has anyone else had a problem with the volume/speakers? I ordered one which came in the mail and at full volume, it is barely audible above the AC or room fan. They ordered me another but I fear it might be the same. HELP!”

I bought this same Chromebook for my parents this past Christmas and they told me the same thing! They have the volume on the highest possible and it's not very high at all. They have to use plug in earphones. Please let me know if you discover a resolution. Thank you.
