• The Chromebook does run you through a good number of tutorials. It does have a printed guide although it is more setup and starting to use than anything truly useful on a daily use basis.

• There is, but I never opened it. There is a tutitorial when you first turn it on that helps a lot. A few helpful tips: 1) Keyboard shortcuts are where it's at with Chromebooks 2) Press Ctrl, alt, ? to see a pop up list of all the keyboard shortcuts any time. 3) Two finger swiping on the touch pad eliminates the need for a mouse scroll wheel.

• Not a printed one. When you start it up it has a sort of quick start WEB based instruction summary with links for more WEB based help. My wife is not very computer literate but did not any problems getting started.
