• A:Answer No. There is no room for a SATA solid state drive. But there is one available M.2 slot for a solid state drive.

• A:Answer This laptop cannot handle Adobe Illustrator. You need a computer with at least Intel i5 or Ryzen 5 processor or better with 8 GB or 16 GB of RAM and a discrete graphics card with 2 gigabytes or more of video memory to run the Adobe programs. They are big programs that require a lot of processing power to run.

Q: QuestionDoes this laptop's graphics card allow for two separate extended monitors (connected via a hub or docking station)? If so, how would we do this? We tried connecting to a hub via the USB-C port, and it didn't recognize it.

• A:Answer Yes you can use an HDMI splitter connected to the HDMI port on the laptop. The splitter will give you 2 HDMI outputs to connect to your monitors. The USB-C on this laptop is for data transfer only and does not support video display.

• A:Answer not powerful enough for multitasking, you can upgrade. $20 WiFi 6 (AX) card on Amazon, easy access to it by removing the back panel with a small screwdriver. Can upgrade RAM cards to 2x8gb while in there. That's what I did, and I don't much about computers.
