Q: Questioni just purchase this computer. i having problems downloading anything from google app. most of my meetings are on google meet or has to do with google. my computer is a window 10. how can I be able to download from google app store?

• A:Answer Laptop comes with windows 10 in “S” mode which does not allow you to download anything but Microsoft apps and products. You can switch it to windows 10 home in the settings which will allow you to download google products and apps.

• A:Answer I purchased this laptop about two weeks ago. I haven’t had it long so I don’t know tons about it yet, but the first thing I did on day one when when I was setting it up was disable S-mode. I use trend micro as my internet security, and to install it I needed to disable S-mode. Very simple to do.
