- Answer It does have a built-in camera on the unit. You can disable S Mode, but it may slow down the device and lower the security of the unit and S Mode cannot be reactivated after turning it off. If you need to download any third-party software, you may want something with at least 256GB of storage and a bit more RAM if they have to monitor you throughout the exam if you are doing it on the unit. You may want to talk to a Best Buy associate directly about your needs with system requirements for the software you will be using directly to make certain you have a compatible device.

- Answer Hello. Thanks for your question. This HP laptop does not have the ten key pad on the right of the keyboard. The numbers are on the top row of the keyboard. You can use an external USB 10 keypad.

- Answer Thank you for the question. Yes, you'll be able to transfer files (there are three methods) from the old PC to the new PC. Note that only files are transferred; you'll need to reload the programs/apps.

- Answer I bought an 8GB module recommended by crucial and installed it. There is a channel on youtube that shows how to install the memory. Mine is working fine and recognizes all 8GB.
