Can I download Google Chrome? null

I just bought this HP laptop yesterday (9/1/2019) and I was able to switch out of S mode and install Chrome. The steps to switch out are not very intuitive. I ended up watching a YouTube video to get help. In this link, go to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4020089/windows-10-in-s-mode-faq, and follow the instructions under "How do I switch out of S mode?"

This model comes with Windows 10 in S mode, which does not allow you to download Google Chrome.
