You should be able to download and run Open Office Apache on this computer however, you will most likely have to disable Windows 10s mode.

Yes, you can download Apache OpenOffice to this laptop. I would advise switching out of Windows 10 S Mode first. It is free to switch out of S Mode. Here is how: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4456067/windows-10-switch-out-of-s-mode
