You can easily do a free "in place" upgrade to the full version of Windows 10 Home. Just go to microsoft store app in your computer and search for windows 10 and you'll see the option to disable "S Mode" and it'll change to the full version which will run any apps.

This computer is running Windows 10 in S Mode, so it will only allow installation of apps from the Windows Store.
