What year is this laptop? null

It came out about August 2019. I am guessing that it may be a "limited time" offering, as it is usually priced about $100 or $200 less than comparable laptops. It is sometimes on sale for $199 and for basic school work and basic office type work it is equal to laptops in the $400 to $600 range.
