“I am trying to run some operations on command prompt / MSDOS commands. But i am not able to get to that at all. Does this machine support those features ? If so how to get to command prompt. Tried CMD on run already did not work.”

• You must take the operating system out of S mode before you can use command line and run as admin

• This laptop is in Windows 10 S Mode, which means you can only use apps from the Microsoft Store and the Microsoft Edge browser. It also does not allow any command line prompts. You could try to take it out of S Mode for free to Windows 10 Home. Here is how: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4456067/windows-10-switch-out-of-s-mode
