This laptop has Windows 10 S Mode. You can only download apps from the Microsoft Store and use the Microsoft Edge browser. You can use Office 365 on this laptop. But it would need to be purchased. When you buy Office with this laptop, you save $20. If you want the ability to download programs, you might want to consider a laptop with a better processor and Windows 10 Home.
