Q: QuestionI can hardly hear anything on the laptop I have now and I have the volume all the way up at the max settings, so how is the volume on this laptop?

• A:Answer Go to the Device Manager and uninstall the Sound Driver. Restart the laptop. If that doesn't work, perhaps headphones.

Q: QuestionIs anyone experiencing a light chattering/rattle noise from the lower right side of the laptop. I am hearing a very light sound. I took the laptop to best buy store. They said that it is normal hard drive sound. Any comments ?

• A:Answer Good question. This laptop can't handle Sims 4 because the processor is not powerful enough. I recommend a computer with at least an Intel Core i5 processor, 8 GB of RAM, and a decent graphics card. I hope this helps.

• A:Answer It is perfect. I use it for the same exact thing, and I'm able to do live video chats with my professors, as well as conduct all my assignments online with absolutely no problem. If you decide to leave home with it do bring the charger, the battery life isn't to great.
