- Answer According to Crucial.com, the max RAM is 12GB. Mine came shipped with one 4GB SODIMM and one empty slot, so adding one 8GB DDR3 SODIMM seems to be the best option for upgrade.

QuestionCan you download stuff on it?I would like to get a new computer to play sims 4 specifically, if I got this computer and downloaded that would it run smoothly?

- Answer The minimum requirements to the Sims 4 seem to be around that of World of Warcraft, I juiced my laptop to 4GB of memory, but also tested WoW before the upgrade. 4GB test: Settings on medium-low = 50 FPS in expansion city. 8GB test: Settings on medium-low = 53-65 FPS in expansion city. A lot of people would say that 20-30 FPS is more than enough to play any game. I would say given my tests and results that the Sims 4 should be on medium-low settings just fine.

QuestionDoes it have split screen?Can you like play a game on the right and play pandora on the left? So you can have like two things open at the same time but see both of them?

- Answer Yes and no. If its windows 8.1 yes. Windows 8 does not have this option. The game can't be an intensive one like console games. Unless it is an app from windows then mostly likely yes.

QuestionVideo MemoryI know its shared ram but I mean within there. Like a lenovo I was looking at has the same processor and r5 integrated graphics card and when you look in it it says 1040 mb video memory. Its very hard to find the information online. I am not able to look at a display model for this one however.

- Answer Yes it's compatible with SATA III. It's not easy to replace the HDD though. I'm not sure what motherboard it has.
