- Answer This model does NOT offer any free trial of 365 or Office, however Best Buy advertises a deal price of 15 months as an add on. There is also a cheaper deal for 12 months. Note that 365 is an annual subscription of Office that offers updates, whereas traditional Office is a more costly one-time purchase with no updates provided.

- Answer In addition to Windows 11 and a bunch of "productivity" apps (things like a photo or video viewer, a calculator, calendar, and similar things) it comes with a one-month trial of Microsoft 365, which includes Word and Excel. Once the trial period has expired, you'll need to purchase 365 to continue using them.
