A:Answer As I learned a long time ago, onr should immediately upon 1st use of a new machine, 1st item of business should be creating recovery disks so as to be able to recover a machine if necessary and as a last resort if system restore is not able to to bring your machine back from a bad virus/malware infection or from a machine crash. In my case I did as recommended and attempted to create my Win10 recovery disks but hit a bit of an issue when my usual way of creating my recovery disks was not initiating my recovery process. On this machine one needs to access the recovery manager to facilitate and launch the recovery process. Once I did this, and with a little help from the HP tech support, I was able to get my disks made and all went smooth. Recovery disk creation went smooth and required very little babysitting, but it does take about 3-4 hours to complete nut now I can rest easy and secure knowing I can recover my machine to original settings should it become necessary. Good luck and I'd highly recommend that anyone should invest the time to create recovery disks, It's very much worth the time and effort as it gives much peace of mind to do so. You'll be glad you did.
