- Answer I have, the performance is just fine. I used the S mode switched off only because I wanted to download chrome. The store mode switched off just means you can download apps that are not in the windows store.

- Answer Hi Nayyar, thank you for the question. The HP 15-dy2093dx does not have an additional drive bay. The supplied Solid State drive is 256GB. In addition, you can use an SD card of any amount in the multi-format card reader. You could also connect an external hard drive.

- Answer Thank you for the question. The 2093dx has an anti-glare screen, the 2086nr has a BrightView screen. The 2093dx is presented with Windows 10 in S Mode (that can be converted to Windows 10 Home free and easily - the conversion is not reversible). The 2086nr is presented with Windows 10 Home. Note that Windows 10 in S Mode is a secure platform that uses the Edge Browser only, and downloads are only allowed from the Microsoft store.

- Answer Thanks for your question. No, this laptop uses a standard barrel connecter for charging. It cannot be charged through the USB-C port. This model does not support video out through the USB-C port. It has an HDMI 1.4 port for video output to a monitor.

- Answer Thank you for the question. In short, the 15-dy2093dx is a better laptop. The main differences between the 15-dy2093dx and the 15-dy0025tg are as follows: Processor: the 0025 has an Intel Pentium Silver processor, the 2093 has an Intel i5 processor (faster). Display: the 0025 has an HD BrightView display of 220 nits, the 2093 has an FHD IPS anti-glare display of 250 nits (better resolution). Graphics: The 0025 has Intel UHD Graphics, the 2093 has Intel Iris X Graphics. Windows 10 S Mode is the most secure version, but you lose no benefits or speed by converting to Windows10 Home (or upgrading to Windows 11 Home). Conversion is necessary to change default browsers or download apps from other than the Microsoft Store. Windows has a built-in anti-virus (Windows Defender) and a 30-day trial of McAfee LiveSafe is included with both laptops.
