Wrong HP. The answer should be, you may upgrade to 32gb sticks X2 for a total of 64gb.

Typically, they do come with the stickers, but it doesn't list them in the specs. Yes, you can in fact upgrade the RAM up to 32 gigabytes, and you're local Best Buy will be happy to do that upgrade for you.
