A:AnswerYou have to make sure the SSD will fit your machine. It is called Form Factor. We bought a 1TB SSD and BB was to install it. Fact is we bought the wrong size so BB sold us the correct one. They proceeded to install it which takes just a few minutes. We were not charged for the install. Very happy with the 1TB SSD. I believe you can upgrade the 8 MB memory. Just call BB and they will verify.
