Can you upgrade the 128SD or the 8GB memory? null

You have to make sure the SSD will fit your machine. It is called Form Factor. We bought a 1TB SSD and BB was to install it. Fact is we bought the wrong size so BB sold us the correct one. They proceeded to install it which takes just a few minutes. We were not charged for the install. Very happy with the 1TB SSD. I believe you can upgrade the 8 MB memory. Just call BB and they will verify.

Yes you can. It only takes a small screw driver to open the small cover on the bottom of the laptop. If you know how to use a screw driver, you can accomplish this.

I do not know, however I do not recommend it because dismantling it in the first place is very hard and you need lots of different sized screwdrivers to do so.
