• No it does not. However, you will not miss it since it has a touch screen and you can slide your finger on the screen to move up and down or even sideways.

• For scrolling? If that's what you mean yes and no. It's not a side scroll, but two fingers up or down on the touchpad will scroll the page

• No this computer done not have the scroll bar on the touhpad. I too was little disappointed, however with the touchscreen and a stylus it was easily solved.
