• The battery is removable, it snaps into the back of the base.

• The battery is removable. It is a long skinny part on the back end of the laptop. If I remember right, it came separate from the laptop and had to be installed.

• Yes it is very easy. It simply connects to the outside of the unit . It is located just under the monitor

• It's possible but not super easy. You would need to open up the laptop to where the hard drive, motherboard is located. Once you're there it's pretty simple to remove but getting there is definitely doable but not super easy. If you're looking to be able to simply swap out the battery on the fly this isn't the laptop for that.
