“Just bought this laptop. There were no papers in the box with it. Are there instructions somewhere? After opening the box, I found a small booklet with printing too small for the human eye to read. Are there instructions, a manual, or paperwork to fill out for a warranty I should have received?”

• the small print papers are the tech support numbers for different areas. you should have a folded "poster" like sheet with set up instructions and the information needed for warranty, etc. most manual's are online now.

• Manufacturer warranty is one year and probably looked up by serial number. As far as product guides it should have an HP website listed to access them or you can probably even just go to HP's support page and dowload the manual
