“Microphone too quiet? Has anyone experienced problems with the built-in microphone? I just bought this laptop and started it for the first time, everything is just as set up by the factory. I downloaded Skype and during the test call I can barely hear myself. I have to yell for it to pick up my voice as normal. Voice is being picked up, but too quiet. I checked volume levels on the microphone's setup and they are already set up at the maximum level. What can be done to fix this? I'd rather return if this might be a faulty model.”

• We've used Skype and haven't experienced any volume issues at all. Maybe you just have a bad laptop.
