QuestionUnderstand this comes with Windows 10 Home. Will that be enough to do my taxes with a Turbo Tax Deluxe download or do I need Office?

- Answer This laptop has the Windows 10 S Mode operating system which only allows downloads from the Windows App Store. Turbo Tax Deluxe is not in the App Store, therefore you would need to take this laptop out of S Mode which it will then revert to Windows 10 Home and at that point you can download the Turbo Tax software. No Office software is needed.

- Answer You would be able to use this laptop with a universal docking station that connects via USB-A or USB-C. Please note that the USB-C port on this model is for data transmission, not for secondary display purposes. However, it also has an HDMI port.

- Answer Hello, yes, this laptop has these Input and Output external ports: 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate; 2 SuperSpeed USB Type-A 5Gbps signaling rate; 1 HDMI 1.4b; 1 RJ-45; 1 AC smart pin; 1 headphone/microphone combo. - Answer Thank you for the question. The HP 15-dw3013dx comes with a one-month trial to Microsoft 365. After the trial, you'll have the opportunity to purchase a subscription. This laptop's operating system is Windows 10 Home in S Mode. That means all apps and downloads must be acquired from the Microsoft Store, and Edge is the mandated browser. If you find that too restrictive, you can take it out of S Mode, free and simply. This conversion is not reversible.

- Answer Hello and thank you for the question! The new 11th generation i3 processor can run up to 4.1GHz. It runs slower until it needs the higher speed. Intel® Core™ i3-1115G4 (up to 4.1 GHz with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology, 6 MB L3 cache, 2 cores).
