- Answer If you are using your laptop in a cool temperature, then keeping the laptop plugged in won't be a problem. However, if the temperatures are high and the battery is fully charged, then leaving it plugged in and using the laptop while charging could potentially damage the battery.

- Answer Yes. It looks like Best Buy doesn't have any HP brand pens in stock, but any one that complies with the Microsoft Pen Protocol should work just fine.
