Thank you for your question about the processor in this HP laptop! Intel only gave the maximum turbo frequencies in the spec sheets on their site. This model uses the Intel Core i3-1215U processor, which has a top Performance Core speed of 4.4GHz and a top Efficiency Core speed of 3.3GHz. The processor is variable in its speed based on the computing loads. There was no information for the bottom rage speeds of each core type.

At this website ( https://www.notebookcheck.net/Intel-Core-i3-1215U-Processor-Benchmarks-and-Specs.590930.0.html ) I found, along with a lot of other information, this: "The clock rate ranges from 1.2 to 4.4 GHz on the performance cluster and 0.9 to 3.3 GHz on the efficient cluster." Hope that satisfies your query. You can find just about anything on the internet. You just have to make an effort.
