A:Answer Sort of, it comes with the option to sign up for Microsoft office 365, which includes Microsoft's "Word" application that is a word processor. If you don't want to throw away your money though I'd opt for LibreOffice which is free and has most of the features Microsoft office has, including a word processor that can read and write (open and save) Microsoft's Word documents. Simply Google "LibreOffice" and you'll find where to download it from.
