QuestionWhy are the keys invisible? Someone needs to explain to me why the keys are a grey color, not standing out from the background, such that you can't see the letters. Is there a backlight that I haven't enabled that I'm not aware of?

- Answer The specific power cord is probably not available from Best Buy. However they carry quite a stock of universal cords, any of which should have an adapter tip that will work.

- Answer Yes, that's how I use mine. This is my main computer and I have 2 27 inch monitors hooked up to it. You can get a HDMI port splitter since there's only one on this laptop. There very inexpensive, usually under $15 for a good one.
