Windows Defender is built in to all Windows 10 computers, and you should also have a trial for McAfee on this computer. In addition, it comes with Webroot Internet Security + Antivirus 2018 (3-Device) (6 Month Subscription) - Android|Windows|iOS [Digital] which you would have to install yourself. Yes, you can transfer your documents and other files on to this computer.
