A:Answer Most new Windows computers come with a trial version of Microsoft Office 365, which you can use for free for about 30 days. After that time period, if you wish to continue to use those programs (apps) you mentioned in your question, you will have to pay for Microsoft Office 365 and continue to pay for it every year (!). As an alternative, you can purchase Microsoft Office 365 Home & Student (you don't have to be a student) and use it forever. It costs about $50 more than the one year version. Better deal in my opinion.
