Well mines on the side and I had to lift the little lip up
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Apologies for what you're experiencing. You have three USB-A ports on this laptop. Your wifi receiver and jump drive will only fit one way - with the black bar inside the plug (connector) at the bottom, as the laptop's USB ports have the black bar at the top of the port. If they don't fit, reverse the plug and try again. If you are still having a problem, please reach out to Support.HP.com.
