• A:Answer Yes, BB incorrectly states it only has 1 bank; however, another person here on the site & multiple other sites (Crucial, etc) have stated it actually has 2 banks. Page 2 of the manual states: Two SODIMM slots - customer accessible / upgradeable DDR4-2133-MHz dual channel support, 1.2V DDR3L-1600-MHz dual channel support, 1.35V Supports up to 16 GB of system RAM in the following configurations: ● 16384-MB total system memory (8192×2) ● 12288-MB total system memory (8192×1) + (4096×1) ● 8192-MB total system memory (8192×1) or (4096×2) ● 6144-MB total system memory (4096×1) + (2048×1) ● 4096-MB total system memory (4096×1) or (2048×2)

• A:Answer Not from what I have read online. However, when I was trying to take the bottom panel off it was rather difficult & since it is someone else's laptop I didn't want to break anything & I backed away from doing so. The RAM looks to be expandable and actually has 2 banks (up to 2 banks of 8GB/bank for a total of 16GB of RAM) but only one SATA hookup for a drive. However, the drive is only 1TB & SSDs are falling in price so look for a really good deal & then just "migrate" or do a 1:1 copy of the HDD to an SSD.

• A:Answer HP Support online ALWAYS has manuals for their computers. Just go to their site and input the model number or your serial number. This is why I like to buy HP products. You can always go to their site and easily find information on your computers.

• A:Answer I find it odd that someone would say this doesn't burn CDs/DVDs. I bought this laptop less than a week ago, and it *does* burn discs. Plus, right there in the description (under Product Features), it says, "DVD/CD burner -- Reads and writes to a variety of media formats, including DVD+R/RW, DVD-R/RW and CD-R/RW."
