- Answer Thank you for the question. The HP 17-cn0023dx laptop does not require more Intel hardware - the processor and graphics card are already included. Microsoft has included a one-month trial of Microsoft 365, which includes Word. After the free trial, you'll be invited to subscribe for permanent access. Sometimes Best Buy has reduced pricing or special offers. Please reach out to them directly for options and pricing.

- Answer While the processor supports avx, because this computer is running Windows in "S Mode" it can only download and run apps that are in the Windows Store. If you're looking to run the Serato software, it unfortunately is not available in the store.
