- Answer It came with a software disk, but I did not need it. I simply plugged it into my Windows 10 computer and it worked immediately. It did not appear to download anything. But the monitor came with a software disk if that should be needed for your computer.

- Answer It is a vesa mount monitor. I just used a little telescoping arm that mounts on the wall. I like that better than a stationary mount.
