- Answer Thank you for your question about this HP all-in-one desktop! On paper, this will be able handle "Rise of Nations" on Steam. However, you would need to take the computer out of Windows 11 S Mode to Windows 11 Home, which is free. Even if you are able to run the Steam client after that, you might not have enough memory to run "Rise of Nations." HP offers computers that have at least 8GB of memory, which would be better for running your game.

However, HP monitors have HDMI-in ports that you can connect your PS4, similar to that of a television.
