- Answer It really comes down to the maximum refresh rate of your display as well as the refresh rate of the game. Many PS4 titles do not run at higher refresh rates than a TV is capable of.

QuestionWhen ever i am playing games on this monitor, then my screen randomly blacks out and i cannot See anything and my stream cannot either. Can someone help me with some setting i need change or is it the monitor?

- Answer Well swapping out to a displayport cable did fix this issue with me. I am not sure why the HDMI cable randomly blacks out but this wasnt the first post I saw about this.

QuestionHey, I dont have the option on settings to change the refresh rate to 144hz. I'm using a display port cable. Is this because my GPU (1060 6gb) doesnt support 144hz on the display?

- Answer If you go into settings, then Image Control, then Response Time, you can change the speed between "Level 1 - Level 5" I'll admit, it's weird that they label it as Levels. lol but you are onto something with stating that your GPU doesnt support it. Even if the monitor's Level 5 speed IS 144hz, it wont increase the refresh rate of the visuals your GPU is sending to it.

- Answer HI Devin. The OSD lock can be enabled or disabled by pressing and holding the Menu button on the front panel for 10 seconds. If the OSD is locked, the warning message OSD Lock displays for ten seconds.

- Answer I recommend reaching out to Microsoft Support to inquire about 120Hz capability. This monitor will display 1080 content at up to 144hz. - Answer Hi Jake. The PS5 will connect to the monitor. It will default to 60Hz. You need to check with PS5 support to see if the PS5 will drive 120hz with a monitor.
