• Yes it does..just make sure your settings are right. Prints spot on.

• Every printer will cut off borders. You have to fiddle with the top, bottom, left & right border settings. You need to learn how to do it in your print command on whatever software you are using. It's somewhat complicated in MS Word, but easier in Adobe Acrobat. Web browsers are the worst -- particularly MS IE.

• I updated my Microsoft Office and used an HP Printer, today I printed out borders on a cover letter I drafted and it looked great and no sides were cut off.
