- Answer Because it's only designed to work with 110 volts, you'd need a "step down" transformer if you want to use the printer some place where they use 220 volts. That should also take care of the fact that the outlets will probably be a different shape.

- Answer Because the HP 2725 is no good at all... I bought it 6 months ago and I regret it a thousand times. Better buy a printer a little more expensive, cheap is expensive. Good luck.

QuestionMy HP Deskjet 3752 will not scan photos. They load halfway or 3/4 of the way and then just stop. I then get an error message. I have tried everything but it will just not feed the photos all the way through and scan them.

- Answer Thanks for the question. If you are scanning or printing using the HP Smart app, the information is transferred via WiFi. When using regular HP full scanning software it is also sent via the network, not via the cloud. You have the option of scanning your document to a cloud storage location.

- Answer Both work but a cable is not included. Bluetooth synced fine for me but it does not include a 2.o printer cable. Also prints incredibly slowly. Not recommended for 8.5x11 standard printing. More of a scanner/photo printer.
