- Answer I'm sorry, but I told you to check your HP Support Assistant, when I meant to check your HP Printer Assistant. It's in the software that you downloaded to your computer to operate the printer. On my computer it's called: HP DeskJet 2700 Series as shown "highlighted" in the screenshot that I have attached.

- Answer Ink cartridges are much cheaper than I was paying with my old printer. Cartridge replacement will depend on usage. It only has a color and a black/white cartridge.
