- Answer As long as u have an updated version of Windows. After banging my head against the wall...paying the geeksquad to try to install. Come to find out Windows 10 has a known bug that prevents print drivers to install I updated to Windows 11 and it finally worked.

- Answer I did. Just make sure you connect using wifi not blue tooth took me about 6 tries to finally connect my iPhone 13 pro max.
