“How can I tell if my tower has a disc drive? I can’t figure out how to open the tray and I’m beginning to wonder if I even have one? I’ve read on here that it has a dvd writer, but not a disc drive?”

This desktop does have an optical (DVD-RW) drive. To open it push the button on the DVD door.
