“I installed 2 new ram sticks but the speed says 2133mhz and it should be 2666. The bios doesn't have settings to switch this. What do I do?”

• The first thing is to verify the speed of the RAM that you added. If it runs at 2133 MHz, all of the RAM will run at that speed, because it can't run faster than the slowest memory. If it is actually 2666 MHz RAM, then the next step would be to contact the HP support team to have them troubleshoot what's going on.
