How do i get the CD/DVD door to open ? null

Just push in the door and it will open.

there is a tiny "pinhole" in the door roughly 1/2 inch above the button. Straighten out a paper clip and use the straightened end to prod through the hole. I had the same problem and actually am still having it.

Press on the door and it will open. Be careful not to touch the CD reader eye when putting in a CD though.
