Hello. Thanks for your question. This HP Desktop M01-F1124 computer does not have a CD/DVD drive.

No! It does not have a cd-dvd writer or player, even though it has a slot for one. My recommendation is to purchase an external unit because of space and heat. I have an LG ultra slim portable DVD writer that sits right on the top of my computer case. This was the recommendation from my computer expert at Best Buy. You can pick one up for less than $25.00. Good luck!
