• Too little information. Did you use a standard disc, or one you made? Did you put it in label up or down? Did you wait long enough for the unit to recognize the media? When prompted what you wanted to do in this situation by the PC, how did you respond? I could go on, but this should start you on your way to enlightenment.

• you have to download a music player from the Microsoft store . VLC is a good player
