No. But you can install one as there is the space for it.

It has a laptop / low profile optical drive power connector and extra SATA port, and you can put a laptop style thin optical drive in it (you have to use a screw driver to punch out the cover on the case). I installed an old laptop DVD RW drive in it but I have to file the front cover off by a little to avoid clearance issue.
