I added CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 VENGEANCE® LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz , It only runs at 2133. Is it because the new memory is a 1.35v?. OEM memory is running 3200 at 1.2v

Hi Stubat, did your CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 run at the JEDEC speed at 1.2V? or the XMP 3200 at 1.35V? Are you able to use CPUZ or Speccy to check what speed are they running at?

Not sure what you have exactly, but I used a 16GB (2 sticks of 8GB) Corsair LPX kit. (CMK16GX4M2B3200C16) Liked the idea of matched sticks, so replaced the original. Came up fine, stress tests so all good. Might have a bad stick. Also, check carefully it's seated properly. Sometimes it takes a scary amount of force to get them all the way seated... Good luck! (And you definitely want to add a second stick, it improves the performance nicely, and the integrated graphics picks up about 40% better.)
